The staff at Mercure went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. One morning, we had trouble with our transportation and one of the hotel staff took the time to find us an alternative driver and even showed us the pickup point. The level of service was exceptional and we truly appreciate their help. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and excellent location.

The location of this hotel is perfect for catching an early train from Paddington. It is right next to the train station, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, there are lots of eateries and bars nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The property was extremely convenient with very professional staff. the room was well-equipped and a nice size with a nice design, a double bed, and tea. - Everything was very good; my next choice again in London.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to Paddington station. There are also many restaurants just down the street, making it convenient for dining options. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean, with nice hot water in the shower. The staff provided excellent service, even going as far as flagging down a taxi for a guest. The breakfast at Garfunkle's restaurant was enjoyable, especially the toast and fried eggs.
